I was brought in to the director's office and she interviewed me from behind her desk. She asked me standard questions, and she was very warm and personable. She made me feel at ease despite me feeling very unprepared.

Awesome management, open and welcoming. This is a Catholic organization, values aligned with helping the community, most of the upper management is Catholic and provide history of the start of St Joseph sisters during 1st week of orientation. HR is disorganized.
