Applied and received an email that I made it to the first interview within a couple of weeks. The first interview was pretty easy, record a video of yourself responding to questions up to 3 minutes per question and 3 chances to re-record each.

4. Tell us about the biggest “desktop support” role you’ve ever had. How many customers and devices did you support? What type of work did you do in that role?
