Good. Quick. Know order of draw not just behavior questions like they tell you to prepare. I had to reach out to the recruiter after a week but they were nice and said I made it to the next round.

Interview
Basic Panel/Group Interview after online/phone screenings have been completed. You are met by at least one supervisor, a lead and lead in training. Each member takes time to ask pre-defined questions from their computer generated list, then any followup questions they might have. While the process is scheduled for 30 min. I was there over an hour and a half. There isn't much in the way of feedback, it felt a bit like I had more interviewer experience than the supervisor at the time.
