One interview with the volunteer director. She was very easy to talk to and welcoming. I was nervous at first but she made the interview very comfortable because it was not too formal.

What are your goals? Why do you want to volunteer? What department do you want to volunteer in?
It was an easy process, and they made you feel comfortable. The questions were direct and straightforward. The job description was also well explained and they explained what was expected of you. It was a comfortable experience.

Easy and simple interview process. Just asked about availability and how you found out about the position. Not really a formal interview. There is really no way to "fail" it.
