Providence New Grad RN interview questions

Process took about 8 weeks. I applied online via their website. Was contacted a week later for a phone interview, then didnt hear back for a month, meanwhile I reached out twice and was told to sit tight, basically. 4 weeks after my phone interview I was contacted for an interview, then was offered a position one week after the interview.

From the time of application to the phone screening it took about 3 days. Then I had my phone screen scheduled for a couple days out. Once I finished my phone screen it took about a week to hear if I landed an in person interview. Once I had the interview it took about another week to learn that I got the job offer. All the staff from recruitment forward were kind and all communicated well, letting you know exactly what to expect and what is expected of you.
