Met with the Manager of Financial Services after being invited to a recruiting presentation. She explained how the hiring process would flow before I could be employed. Assuming the Manager would like to consider you for hire, there is a personality test specifically related to ethics. After passing the personality test, I met with the District Manager and he asked me some basic interview questions as well. After that I was admitted to the San Jose office and began my licensing.
