The interview first asked me to introduce myself, then ask me questions about my strengths and weaknesses, job history, and challenges that I faced in my previous work. They also briefly described their company culture, organization chart, and how they cooperate with other teams etc.

The interview process was really quick approx 2 weeks,
I got a intro session with the hiring manager and then had another chat with her on behavior. A take home case study and finally a virtual - on site 5 round interview.
The individuals at Assurance IQ are all very intelligent and smart.
