I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Prudential (Newark, NJ) in Apr 2016
Interview
There were two sets of interviews with two people in each interview. They were very friendly and made me feel welcome to the entire environment. They explained what they did, how they got there, and the benefits of working at Prudential. Additionally, they were very welcoming and friendly when asking me questions. The environment was amiable as opposed to intimidating.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Prudential (Newark, NJ) in Nov 2019
Interview
The first two steps were online. After viewing your resume, if you fit the basic criteria you were invited to complete a digital introduction. You only had to do one of these if you applied to multiple roles. About a day after completing that they invited me to complete a hirvue interview (within the next four days). I was then invited to their on-campus interviews, however, I had to do a video one as I was abroad. This consisted of two thirty-minute interviews with two different employees of Prudential.
