I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Prudential (Hartford, CT) in Jun 2015
Interview
Internal applicant, had three rounds of interviews; HR, four back-to-back interviews, then two back-to-back. The hiring manager and her three peers were the second round, then the VP of the group and who became my peer was the third round.

Question 1
You've been at Pru for a while now, but you started with a very different background. Are you going to wake up one day and decide that you miss your old life and go back?
I applied online. I interviewed at Prudential (Newark, NJ)
Interview
3 rounds with no weird situational questions and nice conversation, overall the process went fairly quickly and I had an offer within a couple weeks. I liked that there wasn't any fluff, it was all real conversation.
The interview process was efficient and interactive, reflecting an open-minded culture. Over three virtual rounds conducted across three weeks, each discussion felt structured, transparent, and focused on genuine alignment rather than formality
It was pretty easy. Basically 4 interviews and the last few there were multiple people. Also they might ask you technical questions but mostly anode of a vibe check. It’s not that hard
