2 interviews: on campus recruitment and superday
On campus: basic behavioral 30 minute interview
Superday: 5 interviews with a case
Group is very relaxed, and the interview process is great! The people at Prudential are those you really want to start you career at.
Overall good as questions were mainly basic behavioral questions. The system they used was called hirevue, pretty straightforward and easy to use. Be prepared for technical questions on bonds and credit.
