Interview
First round was a digital introduction through Hirevue where you had to answer pre-recorded questions. The first part of the Hirevue was general and behavioral but the second part was more technical and focused on the CIO office. The second round was a virtual superday with members of the team
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Prudential (Newark, NJ)
Interview
You interview with five people from different desks. Questions were mostly behavioral but some questions were technical when talking about Brexit's impact on the financial markets and different quantitative methods when valuing a stock. Interview is not bad but beware of competition.
