Applied my school's career services department. Selected for a first round interview, which was conducted on campus. I was then invited to a super day at the local office in upcoming weeks. Interview was mostly behavioral and going over resume with a few technical financial questions mixed in.

You have a HireVue interview with 3-5 questions, which is fairly easy, and then you have an interview with two people, either separately or together. The interview itself is not too technical, so prepare for basic portfolio management technical.
