It was a normal process. I applied to the internship through their company site and a few weeks later was asked to do a hirevue interview. There were different interviews- a personality one and then a technical skills one- both through hirevue.

Interview
2 rounds, 1 at campus, 2nd at the office. It was a pretty simple interview. Practice some questions online and answer confidently. They also want to see how you answer not always if about how accurately you answered.

What would you do if you teammates at a project were disagreeing and it effected the projected time to finish your requirements/objectives?
I applied through college or university. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Prudential (Newark, NJ) in Apr 2014
Interview
One on campus interview by two HR Professionals. Later was contacted for an on site interview. This interview was two separate 30 minute interviews, each with two directors of IT. (Interviewed by 4 people). I was contacted a week later saying I was offered the position.
