Got in touch with a recruiter from Prudential. Initial phone screening with the recruiter, phone interview with the Vice President of the team followed with a take home case study and a personality assessment questionnaire. After all that, an in person interview at their office with 4 of their team members that lasted around 3 hours. All the conversations over the phone were pretty straight forward fit questions. Not difficult at all and they were pretty up front and honest about what type of candidate they were looking for. The final interview was a little more technical and there was a small case study during the interview that they give you around 30 min. to complete and then discuss with one of the team members. Each person also asked a few generic HR questions at the end ("Describe a time...." type questions) and it seemed like they were just doing it to check a box for HR rather than really trying to find something out about me. All in all, the interview process was great and there was nothing that really caught me off guard. Everyone that I interacted with was very nice and professional. From what I could tell from the whole interview process, seems like they have a great group of people working there and I enjoyed going through the interview process even though I didn't get an offer.
