I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Prudential (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2022
Interview
It's as bad as others have said. I was reached by a recruiter to set up an interview with the Hiring Manager. Speaking with the Hiring Manager was actually good. They listened really well, seemed interested in my answers and genuinely getting to know me and my experience. Failed at the Panel interview, they were not interested in the design process and this could be said much earlier and no time gets wasted. Also, I agree with the comments about people being a bit stuck up, arrogant
and passive-aggressive. Maybe lack of experience.
Thank you for your comments. We're sorry to hear about your experience. As a company, we're committed to the success of our associates, and customers, which is why we truly appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve.
