Interview
Phone interview asking basic situations questions and run thru of your resume. Next round is a super day where your interviewed by three people generally the same questions walk thru resume, situational, behavioral etc. Also a lunch with the current associates in the program, just have to keep it professional and ask good questions about the program and company.

Group information session followed by personal interview with two employees. Interview was all behavioral questions. Mostly expected ones but a few which force you to think outside of the box a little. Interviewers are very nice people and want to get to know you.

Interview
First round interview on campus, followed up by a super day invitation within a week.
During the Super Day they gave us a tour of Prudential Towers and a rundown of the FIP followed by two 30 minute interviews dispersed between chatting with current full time employees who completed the FIP and moved on to the 3 year rotational program.

Interview
First, had an in-person interview on campus. Then, got invited to a Super Day in Newark. Only asked me behavioral questions, relatively simple stuff. Had three interviews with managers and then had coffee chats in between with current members of the FLDP.
