Interviewed for a contract position in 1 department. It was 3 rounds of interviews. General questions..nothing too difficult. People I interviewed with were very nice. I was almost certain I got the job, however, I was told that they selected an internal candidate. There was another opening in another department with a similar role. I completed 2 rounds of interviews. The interviews went extremely well and I was certain I got the job. A week went by with no response to follow ups. Then I learned that they gave the position to another candidate. This process was EXTREMELY infuriating and frustrating. I would not interview with this company again. It's extremely rude and disingenuous to put a candidate through all these interviews, provide positive signs of employment and then disappear for a week without any feedback. It's also extremely unprofessional. Again, I would never work for Prudential
