Standard interview process for this industry - interviews with managers and directors plus additional computer testing, and mock telephone call. Each step can take up to a week. Once initial approval is granted you will need to submit a lot of paperwork, get finger printed and then wait on the background checks. It can take some time to get through the various interviews and up to a month after the interview to actually start their training program.
