The staff was very nice and professional. Even the residents was nice. And when you come into the building it smell Good,I didn't smell any urine smell and coming into a nursing home that is the first thing that hits you is the urine smell. But not at Lakehaven.what ever you guys are doing keep it up.

The interview was a very productive conversation that helped me realize how much I truly want to pursue a career as a CNA. Since I already work at this facility, our discussion reinforced my desire to continue growing here and confirmed that this is where I want to build my career.
The interview went great Casey is super welcoming. i learned alot about survey. We talked about the staff to patient ratios. I learned that orientation is a 10 day process.
