I arrived 10 minutes early professionally. My appointment was for 3 PM at 20 after three was taken for a tour which I had already completed two days prior then was put in a conference room to wait another seven minutes then the interviewer said I’m sorry but HR or the recruiter tried to call you which they did not because I did not have a missed call to tell me that I did not qualify for the position because of my lack of experience in a skilled nursing facility. Explained that is true that was not shown as a requirement on the application. However, I have 20 years of acute bedside experience in a multitude of areas and I have a bachelors degree. I am more than qualified for the position however, again was declined the chance to interview and was offered a floor nurse position With a one to 30 ratio not a chance but I take that position.

I arrived prior to my appointment time. I was let in and greeted and asked to sit down in the lobby. The interview went well. Initially, there was a miscommunication about the position but they didn’t let me leave until they found me a position that filled me needs.
