I applied in-person. I interviewed at PruittHealth
Interview
My interview experience wasn't bad — it was okay overall. The pay was disappointingly low for a BSN RN; I believe they can do better. The interviewer was the one who determined the hourly rate, which was a bit surprising. But aside from the pay, the interview itself went fine.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
My interview questions were:
1. Can you tell us about yourself?
2. What would people you’ve previously worked with say about you?
3. Why did you choose to work in long-term care?
Interview process went well and I was treated very kindly by staff. I received an offer and was able to complete the drug screen during the interview which was very helpful. Interviewer was very knowledgeable and informative regarding the facility and day to day work.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at PruittHealth (Fort Oglethorpe, GA) in May 2026
Interview
The D.O.N. was knowledgeable about the position benefits and PTO time. The interview was 1 on 1. The interview took place in her office. It was low key and kind of easy. I had previously worked here so I knew most of the process.
