2 interviews, both are really to get to know you and to see where you’d actually fit inside of the company. Your second interview is the official one that you’ll actually be going for the role and department chosen for you.
First Round - Phone call with Recruiter about role, behavioural questions
2nd round: Hiring Manager - deeper dive into role, expectations, previous experiences, technical and behavioural questions
Then one more round with executive leadership depending on role.
The process takes 1 hours, and interviewed by senior colleagues. It comes up with description with the current job positions and the upcoming further of career and the reason why to the company
