Interview
Went smoothly, was informed throughout the process. One initial call, online behavioural assessment and one assessment day consisting of interviews, maths test and group tasks. You are notified of the status of your application very quickly after the assessment day.
It was straight forward. As long as you read the job description and talk about your transferable skills.
It was virtual and the lady was very patieNt and friendly. She wasn’t biased or judgemental but down to earth.
The HR did not do a good job while coordinating interviews. They did not inform me on who will I be interviewing. They did not inform me on the process at all. The first manager I met did not even bother to show their face in the zoom interview which was quite rude in my opinion. Overall, bad experience.
