Assessment day went smoothly, nice interviewers and straightforward group task where we had to plan project milestones. Everyone was very friendly. Clear outline of what was planned for the day.

Submit your cv and you must answer single questions from 250-300 words stating "Why you want to pursue a career in media and what steps have you taken to learn more about this field?". Then a recruiter within the company will contact you for an introductory call about why you chose this role and why you think it suits you. Then they put you forward for another interview with the higher-ups. The recruiter was very helpful throughout the hiring process.
