In the first call they offered a salary which was according to my salary expectation, so I accepted to continue in the process. Later on, after the interview with the hiring manager I received a call that the real salary for the position was 30% less than the amount they told me in the first call and way less the market benchmark. This happened in Publicis Groupe Costa Rica. This shows a lack of transparency, I recommend to avoid interviewing with this people.
