This company’s hiring process was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. I spent months waiting—weeks just to get a basic introductory call, then more weeks before a personality test, and then even more follow-ups that went nowhere. After all that time, I was rejected without ever being given a real interview or even a chance to show what I’m capable of.
To make things worse, the recruiter’s attitude was dismissive and borderline insulting. When I tried to understand why I wasn’t being moved to the actual interview stage—after waiting 2–3 months—he acted frustrated, as if I was the problem for wanting clarity. He refused to move me forward and made it clear he didn’t want to give me a fair opportunity.
The final insult? He ended the conversation by telling me to “keep checking the company website” for new jobs, almost like a joke. When I asked when new roles might be posted, he said he had no idea—maybe weeks, maybe months. After the amount of time they wasted, that response was just ridiculous.
Overall, the experience felt disrespectful, disorganized, and like they simply didn’t value candidates’ time. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this company’s hiring process to anyone.
