The interview process was smooth and hassle free. It got over within few hours and everybody from receptionist to panel was friendly and created a great candidate experience.The staff was warm and explained me in detail about my roles and responsibilities, how will i be placed in the system etc.

As this was a campus recruitment, the process mentioned online of three stages were followed 1. Online test- aptitude 2. Domain interview 3. BEI . The communication regarding each step was clear. Sapient is very flexible in terms of arranging interview.
