Interview
1) Met SapientNitro HR reps at a career fair
2) Received an email from an HR rep to set up a phone screening interview
3) After phone interview, received an offer for a second phone interview with members of the UX team (30 mins)
4) After second phone interview, received an invite to a "Fantastic Friday" event in Toronto
5) Attended Fantastic Friday event - 9-5, half day in three 45-min interviews (one on portfolio, one on how you work with others, one on design process), half day in group activities
6) After several weeks, sent a third follow-up and was told the position had been filled

Q: Why do you want to work here?
Q: Describe your favourite project you've worked on.
Activity: in a group, create a persona (5 mins). Create a journey map for your persona (5 mins). Describe their pain points (5 mins). Describe what kind of tech they use (5 mins). Design a solution for them (10 mins). We had to present at the end to the group and answer/ask questions.
Very good process. One HR behavioural interview followed by 2 specialist interviews. Everyone was really nice and very easy to talk to. HR were there throughout if you had any questions.

There were four stages total. All stages were simple and straightforward. Behavioral interview, core values of company interview, and the last stage tested your design skills by collaborating on a quick project with other potential designers.
