The Interview process started with a 30 minute technical screening process followed by a coding round. Then came another technical round followed by another. Just when i thought that the technical rounds were over - surprise , surprise ! another technical round. The interviewers were not exactly polite. The final interviewer ( a senior member of the org) joined in 10 minutes late ( no apology offered) and turned what was supposed to be a 30 minute fitment call into a 50 minute bullying session. Probably they are biased towards a particular gender ?

Completely this Publicis Sapient HRs wasted my 2weeks of time. I had cleared 3 rounds of interviews. 1. Online coding test, 2nd purely technical and 3rd technical. Everything went well and I was expecting an offer. But there was no proper response from HR. When I tried to get information from my sources I got the fact that the recruitment for that position is not required for time being so they stopped the recruitment. HR should know the requirement for the position then they have to start looking for candidates. They do not know for which project they are recruiting but still they schedule the interviews. Interview panel also should know for which project and what designation/position they are taking the interviews. Totally nonsense people especially recruitment team.

They shortlisted my CV and got a direct call from HR. At first there was one telephone round, next few rounds was scheduled on Sapient campus Bangalore campus, started with a case study (given 1.5 hours) , followed by design discussion with a SME on the solution you designed, afterwords one online quick test and finally hiring manager round.
