The interview was quite unprofessional. The interviewer was more interested in why I am leaving my current company than the case study he was supposed to assess on. out of the 40 min interview he took, 20 min approximately was spent on a question 'Convince me why you will leave your current company'. Then the next 20 min he went through the case study in a glance and even didn't spend time to look through the whole thing. Seemed like he had made up his mind from beginning. Very unprofessional and disappointed with such interview etiquette.
