I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (Noida) in Jan 2021
Interview
The entire interview process took almost a month and I have gone through 4 rounds. My interviews went well. However, the post interview experience was pathetic. For 1 month, after my 4th round there was no communication from HR or recruitment consultant. Not at all professional behaviour. HR should have a courtesy to say No to the candidate in case not selected.

Very smooth process, with 4 stages. I enjoyed the core values stage the most. It's clear that this is important to them, and ensuring you're a right fit for the company.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview process followed a standard format. Initially, I was invited to the office to work on a business case study, with a duration of three hours. 2 days later, the second round was scheduled, during which the HR informed me that I would need to present my case study and connect it with my real-time project experience.
