I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (New York, NY)
Interview
Had a really informative, hour-long first interview with a recruiter, but after that, communication fell off. A second, half-hour interview with a manager was scheduled but I was ghosted. Only days after the scheduled interview had ended did they tell me they thought I was much too junior for the position, which was strange as I have 10 years of experience. I was shocked that a company like Publicis would treat candidates so poorly.

Very smooth process, with 4 stages. I enjoyed the core values stage the most. It's clear that this is important to them, and ensuring you're a right fit for the company.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview process followed a standard format. Initially, I was invited to the office to work on a business case study, with a duration of three hours. 2 days later, the second round was scheduled, during which the HR informed me that I would need to present my case study and connect it with my real-time project experience.
