Interview
Multiple Interviews, with different groups of folks terminating with MD. Chaotic process with changing dates continuously.
Some time the interviewers conveyed that they were not sure of the role definition themselves.

Just general questions, about achievements etc. nothing special.
The response to my questions was mostly corporate speak and one realised the level of interview competence was low. The only intelligent discussion was with the MD, ironically he was ambitious, frustrated and left after two years service.

Some guy whose in the company for last 17+ years, took interview. He had limited knowledge about data science as was asking random question which is didn't know. Stay Away and don't waste time.

It was a 6 round process. Case study and post case study interview was the bulk of the evaluation. Lot of questions on scenarios and on Agile processes and KPIs.

Interview
Recruiter interview only, 30min vedio screening. Gave the details of the role, what are the expectations from the candidate. And some of the information about the client. Explained next steps if selected from the initial round. After few weeks informed that they're moving ahead with more suitable candidates.
