I wasn't an employee but I had an unfortunate experience of taking part in a lengthy but potentially sham interview process. They had a real life case study for which you are are asked to architect and develop a solution. There were even reviews of this proposed solution. It felt like someone wanted to learn rather than evaluating a candidate about their capabilities. I am a little upset about the rejection but that is not the reason for this post. I just wanted to check if anyone else had similar experience?
