Typically an initial screener interview with a recruiter, then two rounds of interviews (in pairs) with R1 looking to review craft/skills and good fit for company, R2 focused on the specific role/team and affirming initial input from R1 interview. Then all the interviewers meet collectively with recruiter to discuss candidates and decide to move forward or not. Recruiter then goes through offer/package and works with candidates to finalize details.

Interview
I was asked to bring in a portfolio as well as have a portfolio via web. This seemed logical as they are a digital agency. Met with the recruiter then the recruiting coordinator. Process moved fairly quickly and seamlessly. Went to studio and interviewed with creative team. Asked appropriate questions by team for role and felt comfortable.
