Began with easy questions and dug deep into complex ones.since i am currently working ,I forgot the academic concepts.This interview made me realize that standard studying is also necesaary in addition to practical knowledge

Started with warm welcome,
1 written technical test,
then I have two face to face interviews both are technical round, in which mostly related to project questions are asked and bit about database knowledge was tested and followed by 1 HR round

Written round was on mostly on C# core and advanced knowledge.
there were few question on OOPS, where inheritance and poly was asked..

2. Followed by few puzzles.

Interview
The interview process was extremely easy, however the interviewer in charge of the technical portion was incompetent. In the future your team should have multiple people in the technical portion of the interview as managers don't seem to have the technical skill set necessary to evaluate someones abilities.

2 Phone calls, 1 technical, 1 to talk about the position and myself. 1 onsite interview. The onsite interview had several parts to it. They had a group session to talk about the position in detail. 2 1:1's, 1 technical and 1 interpersonal and lastly a group activity. Overall took about 4 hours for the onsite interview.
