It was a complete waste of time dealing with takent acquisition team. She initially reached out to me via my Naukri profile and asked me to complete an assignment — a user management system with full backend and frontend — as part of a 5-hour test. I completed the assignment and submitted the entire codebase within the stipulated time.
Later that same day, she called again and said the frontend wasn’t up to the mark. Without giving proper feedback or any appreciation for the effort, she immediately shared another assignment link and asked me to work on a completely new problem — this time, a food recommendation system. I asked how many rounds would follow this, and she assured me there would only be one interview after this round.
Once again, I completed the task and submitted the full codebase. After that, I tried reaching out for an update, but there was no response — no acknowledgment, no feedback, and no closure.
This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and unethical. Asking candidates to invest significant time and effort on multiple assignments without a clear process or timely communication is disrespectful and exploitative. It reflects poorly on the company's recruitment standards and the HR's sense of responsibility.
