Tell me about a time you encountered an issue working in a group and what did you do to solve it?
You have a choice of doing a zoom or in person interview. Dress professionally, and make sure to have a blank and quiet background. The interviewers know that you are a student.
It’s a round interview, each round have some specific questions about leadership and communication skills, and at the end it seems like every current employee will decide if this person is the fit for the team or not.
