Process started with a phone interview and then an in-person all day interview. During the all day interview, I met many possible colleagues and was asked to create a sample strategy.

Interview
It's a long process - a lot of waiting between the steps and little communication throughout the process. The lack of communication really made me question if it was worth it, if offered the position.
