I had 3 interview rounds with people I knew, I partially knew and didn't know. Up until the last interview everything moved smoothly, after the final one I didn't get feedback, only to find out that my application was denied - via portal. Didn't receive a personal feedback or even an email status update from the portal.
Partner chat - commercial questions around my opinions, technical about specific considerations, what I think about the market and leadership questions: what do you want to do, whats important, how would you lead etc
The interview process was comprehensive and professional, focusing on technical expertise, leadership capabilities, client service skills, and alignment with the organization’s culture and values. Separate interview with HR and 2 x partners
