I only did one interview (virtual). Quick with a decision because I got my offer in 2-3 days. I was also allowed to schedule the time for 7 days. It was smooth process.

Have to pass the online psychometric tests then have to do online recorded interview with a couple questions. The normal expected questions for interviews. Would recommend to have good commercial awareness and info on recent projects.
The process included an online assessment and a virtual interview; it wasn’t difficult, but the test didn’t accurately reflect the role I was applying for, which felt slightly misleading overall.
the interview process was not too bad, it consisted of an online assessment and then a video online assessment where I had to record myself answering 4 different competency based questions.
