The interview went by quickly and was a great overall experience. I feel like the management team I spoke to truly listened to me just as I did when they spoke. If you're genuine, passionate, and open-minded, you'll certainly increase your chances of getting hired.

Three rounds, all behavioral. The first was with a recruiter focusing on background and interest in tax. The second was with a senior associate, diving deeper into experiences and teamwork. The final round was with a director, focused on fit, long-term goals, and situational questions.
