The process in the whole process is a bit inhumane, and not supportive. when you miss a call from them because of some accidence, they will not call you again and you will not be able to even contact them.
Applied through official career site, Received invitation to Online Assessment within a day, After finishing the OA, got an email mentioning I passed the online assessment and then received a rejection letter after 3 weeks without any update in between.
Completed a rather long cognitive test where I was asked a series of problem solving questions, followed by a series of questions where I had to choose which of the 3 options sounded most like me. Then there was a 1 way interview where they asked 2 questions.
