I gave a virtual interview at PwC SDC Kolkata. It was taken by a manager with 5 years of experience and a senior manager with 8 years of experience. Both the interviewers weren't well groomed ( it looked as if someone is just up from the bed and on the interview), did not present themselves well and were not at all professional. It doesn't represent right picture of the brand. Questions asked did not resonate with the level applied for. A manager took the interview for manager level interviewee which doesn't represent the right way of assessment. Overall, it distorted the image of this section of the company I had in my mind.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions asked for manager level - How will you test BRS, how will you test completeness of the expenses.
I interviewed for a position that's slightly out of my expertise. They took the time to understand why and was engaging to explain what the role requires. There were 3 of them.
Softball questions. Technical questions were nothing difficult and so weren't memorable. Interviews were more of a soft skills check than anything else. The decision was already made once my resume was seen.
I applied online. I interviewed at PwC (São Paulo, São Paulo) in May 2026
Interview
