The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PwC (Philadelphia, PA) in Oct 2010
Interview
First, campus 1:1 interview with an advisory lead partner, strictly behavioral, I asked most of the questions and it was a basic walk through of my resume. Office visit consisted of short presentation with other intern candidates from recruiter about HR policies, community services, intern program, etc. Then 1:1 time with an analyst, unstructured Q&A basically. Next was 2 back to back interviews with a Manager and a Partner in the group. All behavioral questions (tell me about a time, etc.).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to problem with another member of a group and how you resolved it
Interviewer was really sweet. Asked basic questions about my resume. Be prepared to go into depth about the how, why, and result of each experience. Felt like a relaxed conversation. Case Interview was hyper specific to the sector I was applying to. But they give you time to think and be sure to explain the thought process behind every answer.
The interview lasted approximately 60 minutes and covered an introduction about myself, discussions on my past experiences, and a mini case study to assess my analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
The entire process of smooth and I received feedback from the recruiter, and the interviews were promptly set up. I had a great conversation with all of the interviewers involved and felt like they generally cared about me and my future at PWC if I decided to join the team.
