The interviewer was extremely friendly and helpful, creating an environment that was relaxed. My overall experience was highly positive. It felt more like a comfortable, informal chat session, rather than a traditional formal interview, allowing the interviewer to glean a deeper understanding of who I am, both personally and professionally.

You have to do a situational judgment test regarding lots of different scenarios and rank them from least like you to most like you along with ranking how strongly you agree with different statements, then an online assessment, which covers different questions based on their core values and competencies.
