After resume round, you're invited to do an assessment. Passed the assessment, you'll be invited to do a group interview, which can be skipped depend on the result of your assessment results. Final round is an interview with manager and partner, can cover both technical and behavior questions
Online cognitive tests mostly aimed to test ability to think quickly and react or make intelligent decisions in limited time. You have an option to use the practice platform beforehand followed by on online Hirevue style virtual interview followed by a virtual Assessment Centre followed by an offer.

Breve chiamata con hr per presentare il profilo accademico e professionale e successivamente colloquio con il manager presentando un business case da ragionare insieme a lui, fatto per verificare il metodo di ragionamento.
Pretty simple mostly talked through my cv and asked me questions about how i would behave in different situations. Nothing really technical at all, which was surprising. Both partners were really friendly and they make the interview feel more like a conversation than a questionaire
