Pyramid Consulting Remote Customer Service Representative interview questions

I've had very negative experiences with this company. I've worked with multiple recruiters, and every single one of them will just stop responding. They have some kind of issue with communication at this company and the staffing needs to be retrained. I've been submitted to jobs several times with this company, yet they always end up giving me some kind of excuse after I don't hear back for several days or weeks. I text him, he tells me that they already filled the position or and it "went on hold", they always give me different excuses. Do these jobs even exist? And the most recent recruiter, I was submitted to a job and then never heard back from her. I reached out to her, she said that oh, you weren't selected and I asked her if she had anything else available. She said we do have a call center job. I'm on a call. I'll reach out to you later. Never heard back. I've tried calling and texting her. She doesn't answer and so I let her know how frustrating it is that I'm not getting a response. She said, I thought I advised you that these jobs are Eastern standard time only. I'm not sure what the issue is with these recruiters and why they have such a problem communicating with applicants? But it's very frustrating and unprofessional. And I will be reaching out to the management or the supervisor and letting them know because this is unacceptable. Especially for people who are looking for a job and are very serious about getting back to work, and you can't get ahold of the recruiters. You just never hear from them again.
