Interview
The interview process went on for over a month. Communication was fine from the recruiting team (not an in-house recruiting team) for the most part. The interview process included an assessment, multiple phone screens with an HRBP and the hiring manager.
The in-person interviews were normal without many complex questions. Pleasant interviews overall. The most disappointing part of the entire process was their failure - recruiting, HR, hiring manager to communicate the final outcome. Not even a system generated e-mail to let me know that they selected someone else for the position.

Question 1
Relatively straight forward questions regarding training people and comfort level. Ability to deal with people. Questions that you would expect of any interview. They were concerned about "fit" for the most part.
