I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at QTS in Jan 2025
Interview
Two phases with one conversation with an HR recruiter about skills, background, and goals. Next a Teams call with a panel of two senior engineers in the same type of role. Very quick turnaround. Start to finish about two weeks. To their credit, QTS was the only company who called to give me bad news, and he gave me some feedback as to why.
